I’m not sure what pearl size or jewelry size is right for me.
The 6mm pearl size is the most common size for earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. If you're purchasing pearl jewelry for the first time, we recommend choosing the 6mm pearl size. If you're younger and prefer layering multiple pieces of jewelry, you may want a smaller size, like a 4-5mm pearl. But if you prefer wearing pearl jewelry alone, you may want larger pearl sizes of 8mm or more."
Are Swarovski pearls cultured pearls?
Swarovski pearls are imitation pearls made by Swarovski, an Austrian company. Unlike cultured pearls such as Akoya pearls or freshwater pearls, which are obtained by culturing oysters, Swarovski pearls are artificial pearls that excellently mimic the color of cultured pearls.

What is 14k gold-filled? How is it different from plating?
14k gold-filled is developed to allow people to enjoy 14k gold at an affordable price. It's mostly made in the USA and Europe. It is clearly differentiated from plating, typically by thickly stacking 14k gold, which is more than 5 percent of the total weight, on base materials like brass. As a result, it is much more resistant to discoloration, using around 50 to 100 times more gold, compared to just being plated with a thin layer of gold."
Can I shower with jewelry on?
All types of gold can be discolored due to chlorine in tap water. Please try to avoid contact with water as much as possible. After wearing, gently wipe off any dust with a soft cloth.
I think the pearls on my pearl necklace are tied too tightly.
As you wear your pearl necklace for a long time, the gap between the pearls and the clasps widens due to usage habits and the influence of gravity. Eventually, the wire may become visible through this gap, indicating the need for a string replacement. So, at Downtown Juliet, we tighten the gap between the pearls and the clasps as much as possible during the initial work to delay the need for wire replacement. As time passes, it naturally loosens, so there's no need to worry.
